Gangly Freak

Hey there. This is a little drawing I did over the summer. I was going to add wings to him, but didn't... or haven't yet.

DENGAR MANTAR

Hello again everyone! This is an ancient creature that my pet shovel dug up in my backyard recently. According to experts it is the first caveman to ever have existed, before his unfortunate demise when he was ransacked by all the other cavemen who were ugly and did not like him. Alright, just kidding, this is a sculpture I completed sort of recently. And I think it's awesome! He has a "fine stache" and many other features. It was hard to find a good angle to photograph him from!

His name... is Dengar Mantar.

He is going to be in the "modified toys" show at Monkeyhouse Toys http://monkeyhousetoys.com in LA. If you're around LA, and reading this, you should go. There will be tons of modified toys from very many artists there. It'll be awesome. Alright then, more to come soon, enjoy.

Nakedness for the worldness!

Here's some doodles of a naked guy I did the other day. Don't be offended by the nudeness. They were just quick little scribbly things, but sometimes I really like how those kind of drawings turn out.

Goonies and Fuax Heads!

Hey! It's been a while, yeah. My scanner is broken, so it's been harder to post drawings. Now that school has started up again and I'm all inspired and whatnot, I'll be posting more often. And updating my OTHER website, too. Which is hunteachother.com.

Anyone recognize the house in this picture...? No? Yes?

I hope you answered yes, this is the house from the Goonies! Over the summer, when I was interning at Laika studios, my friends Court, Pendelton, Sean, Alex and I took a road trip up to Astoria, where they filmed Goonies. It was pretty awesome and bizzare, just to see all the locations and everything that you see in the film. It was also strange to see other groups of people doing the same thing we were, scouting out the Goonies locations! That was funny. Then we ate at a "Logger" restaurant on the way back.

Here's something I made recently. over the summer I made this little sculpture for my good friend Cassidy's 21st birthday.

It says "don't forget you can still drink water!", and the guy has a glass of water on his head. Then why does he look so... drunk'ed up? Eh, too much water I guess. I am working on another sculpture now that is stranger, freakier, and more primitive. You'll definitely see it here when I finish it this next week. Alright then, thanks for watching, come back soon.

Some frames of Stoppedness

I have not been posting because I have been too lazy in this heat to scan some of my drawings and all that jabber, and my room's like an oven. So here's some photos I took sort of a while ago that I like... Sometimes I take pictures and enjoy how they turn out. Here's some now! Hey! eh?

More drawings, and maybe photos, to come soon.

Wolverine? I don't see it.

So here's what I looked like at work the other day. Maybe that's why that little kid told me I look like Wolverine. I mean, I don't get it, this is how I always dress, but hey, you know those kids, always runnin' wild with their damn imagination! Ho heh...

Speaking of Wolverine... I just found this picture on the internet today. What's up with this? Does Wolverine dislike Black People? I sure hope not. They're probably just playing some kind of fun game. Like Pulp Fiction.

Wow, and last but not least... Try searching for your name in quotes on Google images. You never know what may come up. I found this small picture of myself in a speed-drumming contest that was set up at the warped tour in like... 2001? Wowser! There was just this one drum pad and you had a minute to hit it as fast as you could, pretty much. I got in 8th place out of a whole bunch of people, yeah! I did 834 hits, or "strokes" as "we" call them. Here's the pic:

Can you FEEL the action!?! Ok, time to go make more art to put up on this thing... Later.

EVERYBODY DO THE EGYPTIAN REDWOLF DANCE!

Ok, this is a Cut-out puppet for animation purposes that I made. Some of you may have seen it. He is in some sort of akward dance pose right now, but there are many different emotions that I can work into him through poses. I might do some animation with him over this summer, and put it on here. Yo! He must be in a forrest!

So to kick things off, here is a birthday card I made for my grandma the other day. Kind of bizarre for a grandma, but she seemed to like it. It was sort of a last hour-ish thing so I just banged it out, with love, of course. Ok, later.

The time has come

Hello all my fellow humans! Everyone else I know has one of these things, so I figured it is my time to jump on this wagon and share stuff I like and my art and carp with everyone else. So... let the nifty network begin. I'll try to post stuff often, enjoy!
